Free-Program

The Free-Program you have to design yourself. Take the Aresti Catalog and design your program with the following rules:

Maximum k (without positioning): 420
No figure > 99 k
Maximum 9 figures
Every catalog number can only be used once! (The roll 9.1.3.4 can only be used once.)

The program must include a minimum 1 figure from:
- Family 1: Lines and angles
- Family 2.5 to 2.15 and 2.17 to 2.20: Rolling turns
- Family 6: Tail slides
- Family 7: Loops and eights
- Family 8: Combinations of lines, angles and loops

One to three figures from: Family 5: Stall turns

A maximum of 4 figures from Family 8.1 to 8.4: Combinations of lines, angles and loops

In addition, at least 2 positive (9.9) and 2 negative (9.10) flick/snap folls must be included. At least one figure must contain opposite rolls.

Exactly one figure from family 9.11 or 12: positive and negative spins.

There is NO more bonus added to the final score if you use less than 9 figures.

Possible figures for the programs:

We do not use the official proposal mechanism since this is unwieldy for the virtual competition. Instead the jury will choose randomly from the existing real unknown programs.

The Unknown Compulsory programs can contain figures from the appendix 3  in the rule book: "CIVA Regulations Part 1 - Events for Powered Aircraft"

Every catalog number can only be used once! (The roll 9.1.3.4 can only be used once.)
Each figure (base figure + roll elements) will have a minimum of 15 k.

There are some other criteria:
- Maximum of 2 figure allowed from Family 1.6 - 1.11, Columns 3 & 4
- Maximum of 2 figure allowed from Family 8.1 - 8.4, 8.15 - 8.18, 8.31 - 8.34, Columns 3 & 4
- Minimum of 1 flick roll must be a vertical climbing manoeuvre (9.9.1.x, 9.9.6.x, 9.10.1.x or 9.10.6.x)
- Maximum of 6 flick/snap rolls, only 4 of which can be from the same family (9.9 or 9.10)
- No more than 1 flick/snap roll (Family 9) per figure
- Sequence will consist of not less than 10 and not more than 14 figures

The Jury can add figures from the Appendix 3, solely to aid in competition.
