Free-Program
The Free-Program you have to design yourself. Take the Aresti Catalog and design
your program with the following rules:
Maximum k (without positioning): 300
Maximum 12 figures
Every catalog number can only be used once! (The roll 9.1.3.4 can only be used
once.)
The program must include a minimum 1 figure from:
- Family 2.3 to 2.20: Rolling
turns
- Family 5: Stall turns (Hammerheads)
- Family 7: Loops and eights
- Family 8: Combinations of lines, angles and loops
- Family 9.9 or 9.10: minimum two snap/flick rolls
- Family 9.9 or 9.10: positive
and negative snap/flick rolls
- minimum of one opposite roll
- And exactly one figure from family 9.11 or 12:
positive and negative spins.
Possible figures for the programs:
We do not use the official proposal mechanism since this is unwieldy for
the virtual competition. Instead the jury will choose randomly from
the existing real unknown programs.
The " Unknown Compulsory 1" program can contain figures from
the appendix 3 in the rule book: "CIVA Regulations
Part 1 - Events for Powered Aircraft"
Every catalog number can only be used once! (The roll 9.1.3.4 can only be used
once.)
Each figure (base figure + roll elements) will have a minimum of 15 k and a
maximum of 35 k.
There are some other criterias:
- Maximum of 1 figure allowed from Family 1.14 - 1.15, Columns 3 & 4
- Maximum of 1 figure allowed from Family 7.23 - 7.30
- Minimum of 2, maximum of 4 rolls allowed from Family 9.9
- Maximum of 1 figure allowed from Family 9.11 - 9.12
- No more than 1 flick/snap roll (Family 9) per figure
- Sequence will consist of not less than 10 and not more than 14 figures
For simplicity the Jury can add figures from the Appendix 3, solely
to aid in competition.
For the " Unknown Complusory 2" program a maximum of 40 k
is the limit. Everything else will remain the same.
